Ch 5, join, * ch 6, 1 sc in ring, repeat from * 5 or 6 times, fasten.
You vary the size by adding more chains and make a few more petals.  Sew onto the side of a hat.  You could also use Green yarn and using a sewing chain stitch, to make the stem. :-)

    This is a great camp and service provider for children with cancer!  They would love donations of teddy bears, blankets, cancer caps and more for the kids.
    Kids 'N Kamp, an independent non-profit organization, is devoted to the social, educational and emotional needs of children with cancer. By providing family activities, tutoring, counseling and support opportunities, the Kids 'N Kamp network touches the lives of more than 350 children and their families each year.

    "I would love it if we could receive some caps for our kids". Sherrie told me the youngest receiving treatment right now is 2 years old and the oldest, 21. So they need caps of all sizes.

    Before cutting your hair, pull into a ponytail (and/or braid).  Your hair must be clean and dry.  Cut above the holder to be able to cut off a minimum of 12 inches.  Then mail to the above address.  They take the hair and make the wigs for the kids who have lost their hair due to the cancer treatments.
