Bev's No Processed Sugar Banana Bread
(Makes 2 loaves)
5 mashed overripe bananas
1/4 cup natural applesauce - no sugar added
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup raw honey
2 eggs, beaten
11/2 cups all-purpose flour  (optional 1 c. all purpose flour and 1/2 wheat flour)
3/4 cup raw oats
1/2 c. cranberries
1 c. walnuts (save some for top)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
sprinkle of nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix everything together until well blended. (ok- I am not a fancy cook!) Pour this into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle some walnuts on top, then bake it for about an hour at 350F.

Test in center of loaf to see if done. Cool in pan for about 10 mins and then turn out onto newpaper.
EAT! :-)
