    Keep those feet warm and cozy on those cold winter nights!  Make them 2 at a time, and give them for Christmas gifts this year! 
    3 oz Worsted Weight Yarn (10 ply)
    Size 9 (5.5 mm)  or 10 (6 mm) straight needles

    Cast on 52 stitches
    Row 1: Knit
    Row 2: k2, YO, k2, YO across to end
    Row 3: k1, k2 tog across end with k1
    Row 4: Knit
    Repeat row 4 for 5 inches or fits around leg.
    Eyelet Row: k2, YO, k2, YO across
    Knit Row
    Cast off.
    Gather one end together (weaving in and out of stitches draw yarn tight and sew to about 3rd or 4th eyelet.
    Laces: (make 2) Chain 58 or 60 fasten off. Weave in and out eyelets like shoe laces and tie at top.

    Repeat for 2nd sock.
