President Messer's Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies (makes 30+ cookies)
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin (from can)
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBL nutmeg
1 TBL Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Mix above ingredients together

1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture. After blended, stir in choc chips and place on ungreased cookie sheet using a tablesppon to measure.
Bake at 350F degrees for 11 - 12 minutes

Double recipe would = 60+ cookies
