Materials: H/5.0mm hook
#4 worsted weight yarn
yarn needle and scissors

Abbreviations:
ch – chain
dc – double crochet
sc – single crochet
sk – skip
Multiples of: 6  +5+2
Chain 3's count as a DC

Ch 19 (Child 5-10- width = 4.75") 25 (teens/adults- width = 7") 
Row 1: dc in the 4th ch from hook, dc in each of the next 4 chains, *Ch 1,sk1, dc in next 5 dc, repeat from * to end of row,
ch 3, turn. (15  'dc' & 2 ch 1's) (20 'dc' & 3 ch 1 's)Row 2: Dc in next 4 dc, *ch 1, sk 1 dc, dc in next 5 dc, repeat to end of row including making a dc in top of ch 3. Ch 3, turn. Repeat row 2 to desired length (32"-44" for child's; 60"-68" for adults)
Finish off. Sew in yarn tails.
