Foster Kinship is a Nevada-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded on the belief that when children cannot be with their parents, they deserve to be with their family.
"At FOSTER KINSHIP, we believe children thrive when they can remain safely connected to the people they know, trust, and love.
When
children cannot safely remain with their parents, relatives and trusted
adults often step in with little notice, few resources, and a whole lot
of love.
These caregivers say “yes” during moments of crisis, opening their
homes and hearts to keep children safe and connected to family."
Foster Kinship would love handmade blankets, (knitted, crocheted, fleece -maybe add a crocheted edge, granny square blankets etc) and quilts for toddlers and older children (no baby please) in sizes ranging from approximately - they don't have to be exact! 42" x 50", 45" x 60" and 50" x 70"
They also welcome any warm toddler through teen hats, scarves, mittens, gloves, teddy bears to cuddle.
