Bev's Kiss Cookies (Gluten free- no flour!)

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Hershey kiss candies one for each cookie (Unwrapped)
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1" balls and indent with thumb.
Bake at 300 F for 15 mins or till lightly browned.
As soon as you remove them from the oven, add an unwrapped Hershey's chocolate kiss to the top... it will melt slightly to join. Chill cookies.
These freeze very well so you can make them ahead of time!
