Mom's Spaghetti Sauce (Liz Johnson)
1 lb ground beef
2 large onions
1/2 can tomato paste dissolved in about
3-4 cups water
1 can tomatoes (15 oz)
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute onions in small amount of oil. When
onions are golden add garlic (1 clove, crushed) and salt. Saute a few minutes
longer, add meat and salt and pepper and cook until browned. Add
tomato paste and water and cook slowly 2 1/2-3 hours.
