Preemie to Newborn Ribbed Baby Bootie

Size G hook, soft worsted weight yarn and yarn needle.

Ch 15
Row 1) sc in second chain from hook and each ch across. ch 1 turn
Rows 2-18) Sc in BACK LOOPS of each sc across, ch 1 turn
Finish off leaving a long strand for sewing.
Weave yarn in and out of edges of the 18 rows, pull tight for toe. Continue working up top of bootie by sewing 6 rows together. Cut yarn. Thread yarn and sew up other end of bootie for heel. Finish off.
Turn Bootie right side out.

Cuff: Join yarn in any st at base of cuff
Join with sl st, ch 1, sc in same space, ch 1, skip next st, sc in next st, ch 1, skip next st, sc in next st, ch 1. continue around and join with sl st.
Row 1- 8) Sc in BACK loops only around, join with sl st, ch 1...turn
Row 9) Sc in BOTH loops around, join and finish off.
Make a chain of 60 and weave in and out of eyelet row, tie in bow.
Fold down cuff.
