Simply Soft yarn 4 ply yarn, and an H hook

chain 12,22,32,42,52,62,72,82,etc. depending on the width you want

Row 1- HDC in 3rd chain from hook. HDC across row. Chain 2 turn

Row 2- DC in 1st hdc, skip 1 hdc , * SC, skip 1, 3 DC, skip 1 * across, ending in 1 SC in last hdc. Chain 2 turn

Row 3- DC in 1st chain, skip 1 hdc,* sc (In top of previous 3 DC), skip 1, 3 DC, skip 1 sc * across. End with SC in last chain. Chain 2 turn.

Continue pattern until desired width.
