Leftover Turkey Casserole
1/2 lb cooked turkey (or ham)
1/2 lb American cheese
1 green pepper
1 cup peas
6 oz noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp salt
Cook noodles according to pkg directions, drain.  Put turkey or ham, cheese and green pepper through a food chopper. Add noodles, peas, and salt. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Serves 6.
