Baby Sport yarn
Size 5 & 7 (7 & 9) needles
6 - 5/8” buttons
Gauge using 7 needles in stocking knit st
6sts=1” 8rows=1”
onesie-knit
No sewing except for buttons. The baby can be laid right on the diaper shirt without trying to shove arms into holes.
You may eliminate the buttons and the holes and use satin ribbon ties....actually that may be better...lol
This will be for a 3-4 lb preemie. Not recommended for micro preemies. For a new born used baby soft 4 ply and size 7 and 9 needles.
