Bev's Thanksgiving Popcorn Clusters

     10 cups popped corn
     1 cup butter
     3/4 cup sugar
     1-3 oz package Orange Jello
     3 tbsp. water
     1 tbsp. light corn syrup

Remove all unpopped kernels and place popcorn in large, greased 17x12x2 baking pan. Keep popcorn warm in 300 degree oven while making syrup
mixture. Butter bottom and sides of heavy 2 quart saucepan and in the pan combine butter, sugar, jello, water, and corn syrup. Cook mixture over
medium heat till boiling, stirring constantly. Clip a candy thermometer to the side of the pan and watch closely until it registers 255 degrees. (Stir
constantly!) Pour syrup mixture over popcorn and stir gently to coat popcorn. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 5 minutes. Stir once and bake for 5
minutes more. Turn popcorn onto a large piece of foil. Cool completely. Break the orange popcorn mixture into clusters, and store in an airtight
container in a cool dry place. Makes about 13 (3/4 cup) servings.
