Ezekiel FLOUR
Jehovah gives
Ezekial a type and shadow of the siege and famine that shall befall
Jerusalem. Ezekiel
4:9 gives this legume and grain combination for their bread.
The flour will last for many months if stored in an air tight
container. I keep mine in the freezer to prevent bugs as I have
it stored in an empty Oat Meal Container with lid.
* EQUAL PART of
wheat, barley, beans (I grind up black beans, kidney beans, lima beans)
, lentils, millet and fitches (or spelt, a type of wheat) You can
substitute another wheat for the spelt if you wish. I also use
ground flax seed in my flour.
EZEKIEL
BREAD
1 1/2 cups
*Ezekiel flour
3/4 tap baking
powder
1 tsp ground up
sea salt
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup honey, and pehaps a TBsp of molasses
2 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
Beat together
Pour into 9x9
greased pan
and bake at 450 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes or until done.
This can be
stored in the freezer in a freezer ziplock bag until you wish to eat it
also. Will last on your counter or traveling for a week or so if
kept in a ziplock bag. It might last longer but it never lasts
that long in my house!
