Newborn baby rubber stamp, using acid free ink
The frames are made by cutting out a rectangle of scrapbook paper slightly larger than the photo.  Then I glued the photo on top of the rectangle.  No fancy frame cutting needed there.

The bottom fram with the diaper pins, I made using scrapbooking edged scissors, and inside I cut out the picture space with a straight edge knife.
