4 pecan halves
1 caramel
2 Hershey bar squares
Multiply amounts by the number of turtles desired. (The amount above will make 2) Preheat over to 400 degrees.  Place 2 pecan halves side by side on cookie sheet fir each turtle.  Top each one with 1/2 caramel.  Place in oven until caramel starts to lose shape (won't melt).  Remove from oven and place 1 square of chocolate on each caramel. Swirl with a knife.  Refridgerate until cool, then store in a container with lid.
