Pumpkin Squares
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup apple butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup canned pumpkin
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, white sugar and eggs. Mix well
until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine apple butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly. Stir in pumpkin and mix until blended. Pour batter
into 8 inch square pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Spread batter evenly in pan. Spread cream cheese mixture and gently
stir into batter making a swirling pattern. Bake in preheated oven at
375 degrees F for about 30 minutes or toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool and cut into bars. Makes 16 bars.

Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 large eggs
1 large can pumpkin
1 cup milk
5 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 cup walnuts (optional)
2 cups chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given. Grease & flour three loaf tins. Bake 1
hour. Let cool, or even freeze overnight.
