Bev's PORCUPINE MEATBALLS
(my kids love to help and make these and eat them)
1 lb hamburger meat
1 medium onion chopped up
1 cup uncooked regular rice
salr and pepper to taste
Combine meat, rice and seasonings.  Roll in 1 1/2" balls.  I brown them in a little olive oil and then add to spaghetti sauce and cook gently for 1 hour.
