OREO COOKIES
2 chocolate cake mixes
4 eggs
1 1/2  c shortening
Mix together these 3 ingredients and roll into 1" balls.  Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes.

In between cookie frosting
1/2 c cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
add some powdered sugar and mix to desired consistency.  Spread on one half of a cookie, and place another cookie on the top.
