Navajo Fry Bread

2 c flour (wheat or white)
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c. warm or hot water
Put dry ingredients in a bowl and add water slowly. Mix with hands.  When it sticks to your hands, it's ready.  Break off golf ball sized pieces. Flatten into 5" circles. Put 2 or 3 holes in middle so it cooks evenly.  Put in hot oil in fry pan and flip once as it browns.
