 Marion's CHICKEN IN CREAM SAUCE
 
8 PIECES OF CHICKEN BREAST
2 LARGE ONIONS
2 LARGE POTS OF THICK/DOUBLE CREAM
SALT/PEPPER

 COOK CHICKEN PIECES IN THE OVEN  WITH A LITTLE CORN OIL, FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR.....
 
PEEL ONIONS AND CHOP FINELY, PUT INTO LARGE PAN AND PLACE ON STOVE, ADD SALT AND PEPPER, COOK UNTILL ONION IS TRANSPARENT, THEN ADD THE CREAM, AND STIR UNTIL THE CREAM THICKENS.
 
PLACE CHICKEN ON PLATES AND POUR OVER THE CREAM AND ONION SAUCE, SERVE WITH  ROAST POTATOES AND STEAMED VEGETABLES.
