UNTILL ONION IS TRANSPARENT, THEN ADD THE CREAM, AND STIR UNTIL THE CREAM
THICKENS.
PLACE CHICKEN ON PLATES
AND POUR OVER THE CREAM AND ONION SAUCE, SERVE WITH ROAST POTATOES
AND STEAMED VEGETABLES.
