Chain 42

1. With Pink, DC in first 7 sts,
DC, ch 1, DC, in next stitch, DC in next 8 sts, DC, ch 1, DC,DC in next 8 sts, DC, ch 1, DC, DC in next 8 sts, DC, ch 1, DC,DC to end.

2. Chain 3, DC to chain 1 space,DC, ch 1, DC, in chain 1 space, SC ACROSS TO NEXT SPACE, DC,chain 1, DC, DC across to next space, DC, ch 1, DC, in space, SC ACROSS TO NEXT SPACE, DC, ch 1,DC, DC to end.

3-4: Repeat Row 2

5: DC to chain 1 space, 1 DC in space, skip all stitches to next space, DC across to next space, 1 DC in space, skip all stitches to next ch 1 space, 1 DC in space, DC to end.

6: ch 3, DC across. End Pink
TO GIVE IT SOME SHAPE:DC in first three sts, 2 DC's in next, repeat across.

7: With White, in BACK LOOPS ONLY, DC across.

PULL UP LOOP AND REMOVE HOOK,
this is so you can do the pink edge on the "sweater",and return to the white row.

Pink Edge:
chain 3, DC in same st, skip 1 stitch, chain 3, DC, in same stitch, skip one stitch, and repeat across. End pink.

8. With White, DC for 20 rows or desired length.

SLEEVES:
With White, in BACK LOOPS ONLY, from bottom of sleeve to the other side, DC, DO NOT JOIN, TURN, and work two more rows of DC. End.

TIES:
Chain 30, sc around edge of sleeve, chain 30, end.

COLLAR:
With Pink, chain 35, sc across foundation row at neckline, chain 35, end Pink.

White, in BACK LOOP ONLY,sc across. End.

TIES:
With White, chain 35, attached two at center back, and two at bottom.
