Red Heart Soft Knitting Worsted Yarn
1 Skein
H Hook or J Hook
I tend to crochet tightly, if you crochet loosely, use the Sport yarn, the Soft Knitting Worsted is very thin and soft.
ROW 1. Chain 34, DC in 3rd chain from hook, and in  next 3 chains, DC, ch 1,  DC, in next st., work 6 DC's, Dc, ch 1, DC, work 6 DC's, DC, ch 1, DC, work 6 DC's, DC, ch 1, DC, DC to end, ch 3 turn.

Rows 2-4. DC and for corners,
(DC, CH 1, Dc)in the ch 1 spaces.

Row 5. DC across to ch 1 space, skip stitches to next ch 1 space, DC to next  ch 1 sp, skip stitches  to next DC, DC to end.
DC each row across until length from neck is 5 inches.  End off leaving 4 inch length to weave in.
I sc around the entire piece, and added ties.
ch 30 and attach


H Hook
Simple Soft Yarn
ch 6, work 5 sc, back loops only, until 66 rows have been completed,
Slip stitch the short end together.
Turn, and sc across 60 sc's (this makes up the pants part, even though there will be more than 60 stitches, just pick up and crochet 60)

Rows 2-?
SC until piece is 2 and a half inches

Next Row:
slip stitch 7 stitches from center back, ch 1 turn

Rows 4-10
Sc across 14 stitches, ch 1 turn, repeat for rows 4 to 10.

Rows 11-12
Decrease sc at each end of row

Rows 13-16

Row 17-18
Increase each end of each row

Rows 19-24
Turn inside out and attached to opposite edge

SC around leg opening for one row, then chain 3 and dc in  same stitch, skip 2 one stitch, (sc, chain 3, dc) in stitch,  skip one stitch, continue.
I use a large eye needle to weave in my ends.

Larger sizes can be made using an I or J hook
