HIKING GORP (no processed sugar)
2 cups raisins
1 cup unsalted cashews
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup Chinese noodles
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Mix together in a ziplock and take along on car rides, camping,
hiking, just going to the beach. You can also add other dried fruits
and nuts.
