1 large bottle spaghetti sauce (with no added sugar) 1/2 smal finely chopped onion 2 lb size tub Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 1/2 pkg uncooked lasagna noodles 4 oz grated Mozzarella Cheese 4 oz Danish Havarti Cheese (if you can't find this then use just 8 oz Mazzarella instead) 1 c. water Stir cheeses together in a bowl. In a 9"x13" baking dish, layer sauce, noodles, cheeses, and onions. The more layers the better! Top with any excess cheese. Pour water around sides of the pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350 F degrees for 1 hour and 10 mins. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.
