Cheesey Broccoli Soup
6 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 chopped onion
1 c. diced celery
1 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. small diced potatoes
Place in large pot and boil for 20 mins. until tender.
Now add a large bag (20 oz) frozen chopped broccoli.  Cook 10 more mins.
Add 2 c. cream of mushroom soup and 1 lb cheddar cheese
Stir in and heat until smooth.
