Bevs International Charity Crafts Week choice
August 1-7, 2003

Last year (2002) I made and collected premature baby hats for Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, NV.  The project went really well and the hospital was so grateful. This year I have decided to make items for LDS Humanitarian Services because they do so much good for the entire world collecting and distributing needed items, wherever and whenever they are needed.

Use your own patterns or Bev's for slippers, baby items, scarves, winter clothes, afghans, toys

or other crocheted and knitted items.
Items should be practical and durable. Catch stitch or pin together each finished pair of mittens, slippers, or booties.
Do not use buttons for eyes on knitted or crocheted toys as they may cause small children to choke.
