Cornbread
3/4
c. corn meal
3/4 c. flour
1 TBsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. honey
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. margarine
Combine dry ingredients
Add egg, milk, honey,margarine and dry ingredients. Beat until
smooth, about 1 minute. DO NOT over beat. Pour batter into small pan
and bake at 425 F degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cut and serve warm. Makes
6 servings. Tastes great with homemade pea soup.
